English text recognition. Scanned PDFs and photos may take longer, especially on mobile. Review every extracted field.
This is a text-extraction and checklist tool. It does not verify licensing, identify fraud, determine legal compliance, or confirm a final price. Missing text may be elsewhere in the document, in an attachment, or lost during recognition.
2. Check the details
Fields are extracted candidates. Compare them with the original estimate and correct any mistakes. “Not found” does not mean a term is absent from your agreement.

Does a found USDOT or MC number verify the mover?
No. Extraction only means a number was detected in the text. Confirm the number, legal entity, authority, and transporting carrier using current records. An MC number may not apply to every moving arrangement.
Will this tell me whether an estimate is accurate?
No. It organizes written information and suggests questions. Actual inventory, access, packing, storage, route, and written terms can affect your move. The tool does not determine whether any charge is valid or reasonable.
What if the file cannot be read?
Try a clearer image or a text-based PDF, or paste the estimate text directly. Password-protected PDFs should be unlocked before scanning. A failed library download or recognition error does not send your document to our team.
What gets saved?
Only the corrected summary you choose to save goes to the quote comparison workspace on this browser. The original file and full extracted text are not automatically saved or submitted. Clear the scanner when finished, especially on a shared device.
