ReviewMyMover is dedicated exclusively to the moving industry: moving businesses operating as carriers, brokers, or both. We collect reviews about moving companies and moving services only, including moving-company reviews hosted on general review platforms. We do not collect unrelated business or product reviews.
One rating, combining the experiences shared.
Rating combines source snapshots collected for a company with reviews posted on ReviewMyMover. The total review count includes both. It covers the sources collected here, rather than a live scan of every review platform.
Review counts carry the weight.
We combine rating points and review counts rather than taking a simple average of platform averages. For example, 10 reviews averaging 5 stars and 30 averaging 4 stars produce a combined rating of 4.25 across 40 reviews, displayed as 4.3.
Where a source publishes a rounded score rather than an exact star distribution, we multiply that score by its review count. This makes the combined result approximate. Source scores can also use a platform’s own calculation method.
Snapshots are a point in time.
Company profiles identify source platforms in plain text. Selected review snapshots are short summaries attributed to the original reviewer and date. They do not represent every review included in a source’s total, and they are not new submissions made on this website.
Source totals are stored snapshots, not continuously synchronized feeds. Platforms may contain overlapping reviewers, and the combined count does not establish a count of unique customers. Compare the content and context alongside the score.
Customer submissions and moderation.
Visitors can submit reviews without email or SMS verification. A posted review is a customer’s account of their experience; publication does not establish that a transaction has been independently confirmed.
Reports go to the site administrator for review. Ratings alone are not grounds for removal. Removing a selected source summary does not recalculate that platform’s published aggregate score.

Compare services, route availability, written estimates, and recent feedback. Ask the company who will handle transport and how it will communicate pickup and delivery arrangements.
